Tigers cross-country runners perform well at nationals

Competing in the CIS finals at the University of Guelph on Saturday, Nov. 14, the Tigers cross-country runners represented the school well.

Contending in the women’s cross-country 6km race, the Tigers ran to a 5^th-place finish, improving on the 8^th place result from last year.

The top Tiger was Colleen Wilson who ran to a 12^th place finish (20:57.3). Wilson was selected as a second team CIS all-Canadian.

The other Tigers in the field were: Michelle Reddy 30^th (21:43.7), Emily Clarke 40^th (22:13.1), Kayte Kowal 43^rd (22:15.3), Jenna MacDonald 73^rd (22:52.8), Morgan Hawkes 108^th (23:33.2) and Emily Ferguson 113^th (23:39.0).
