Women’s hockey falters in 7 – 1 opener
The Dalhousie women’s hockey team has a few kinks to work out.
Luckily, it’s only their first preseason hockey game, so they have plenty of time to work out the problems shown in their 7 – 1 loss Saturday afternoon against St. FX on home ice in the team’s opening game.
The drubbing was par for the course for X, which finished first in the league last year and showed the early makings of doing so again. As for the Tigers, the game demonstrated the standard they much set for themselves if they want to compete with the league’s finest this season.
For an extended recap of the game, read the Sept. 30 edition of the Dalhousie Gazette.
